To strengthen RLG’s Global Business IT team at our headquarters in Dornbach near Munich, we are currently offering a position as

Working student/Intern in Business IT (m/f/d)

Your focus will be supporting the IT team in cross-organizational projects from planning to successful implementation, under guidance and instructions from the Project Managers.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Actively support in overall project management, time estimation, resource scheduling, requirements analysis and the creation of design specifications, deployment guides, test plans, or project work plans;
  • Reporting and documentation management, creation and updating the project related documents and other details;
  • Preparing management presentations, project status meetings, reporting, etc.

Your Profile:

  • Currently enrolled and completed at least your fourth semester of your Bachelor's degree;
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English and German;
  • A team player with excellent communication skills;
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving capability;
  • Great attention to detail and time-management skills;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Enjoys change and likes overcoming challenges;
  • Ability to collaborate in a multicultural team environment;
  • Basic knowledge about managing IT projects gained in university classes;
  • First work experience as working student or during internships working in IT within a corporate environment or professional services firm is preferred;
  • Experience in ERP systems (MS Dynamics NAV) and collaboration systems (Atlassian Confluence, Jira) is an asset.
  • Spoken and written English and German; further language skills are welcome.
