Order Management System -Data

Role Summary
Daily facilitation, management and execution of trade /Business orders of the company as per the prescribed SoP and TAT Ensure the company defined accuracy checks & TAT is maintained by multiple parties and stake holder using this ERP software.  
Key Relationships
  Internal Stake Holder –  MIS & Finance & Customer Support team   External Stake Holders –  Recycler Team and MSP/LSP/Stake holders
Key Responsibilities- Task and Activities
Work on the OM system /ERP for the required order entries as per the company defined process SoP, Document Accuracy checks and TAT for the respective entries   Manage the creation, processing, and completion of order entries in the company ERP software Work on hard copies of documents as per the company and department SoP and accuracy checklist Maintain MIS report for all the load entries and dashboard for the assigned loadWorking closely with sourcing and CS team to understand Customer SLA through the CS team and prepare the required Data and Documentation reports as per the customer requirement  Preparing the Excel sheet for data entry and Documents Trackers every day and update the Department dashboards  
Desired Candidate qualifications, skills, and mindset:
  Minimal qualification of graduation with 1- 4 years of Data Entry Experience in Large Volume Industry preferably from Medical Insurance and Banking Sector and High Process Oriented industry. Must have the Good to excellent data entry speed for Numerical and word and characters Ability to understand, read and write in the Basic English and Local Languages Understand and make an Excel sheet for Trackers. Very High Detail-oriented; ability to note difference in the similar looking documents Ability to work in stress and time bound targets Ability to manage high Volume numeric Data and Physical documents Must have good Record Management skills / Filling of Large Documents Ability to understand the importance of each document and information in context of the business of the organization Must be able to work in the in house /sitting jobs with calm and controlled mind set.
