About Radhika

Radhika Kalia, Managing Director at Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) India, has been spearheading the Group’s foray into the Indian market. Armed with a deep understanding of the intricacies, challenges and opportunities that exist within the landscape of reverse logistics and sustainability, she has been leading a dynamic team of over 80+ employees and has been a driving force behind the growth of the company that stands today at a valuation of US$8 million.

An astute professional with over three decades of experience across Strategic Business Planning, Corporate Affairs & Communication, Brand Management, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sales & Marketing, Radhika has an expertise in driving strategic initiatives across corporate affairs and providing project guidance from conceptualization to implementation. Prior to joining RLG India, she was leading Corporate Affairs and CSR for Panasonic India. In the past, Radhika has also played an instrumental role at several noteworthy companies which include HT Media, Haier and Samsung.

Radhika is recognized for being a highly driven, self-motivated, result-oriented professional with sharp business acumen with eye for detail and precision, incisive negotiation ability, customer focus, effective leadership, and excellent communication skills. In her current role as Managing Director at RLG India, Radhika has established the company as a leading reverse logistics solutions provider in a very short span of time with the overarching goal to shift from traditional waste diaposal to responsible recycling, promoting a sustainable and eco-conscious future for generations to come. She believes in mentoring delivery-oriented changemakers which has shown meteoric growth YoY.

As the President of the ‘Clean to Green Society’ (a non-profit organization striving to unite the people of the world in a quest for a safer and cleaner earth), Radhika has been working meticulously towards driving behavioural change through various environment awareness initiatives that have reached 4 million people in 26 states & 7 UT’s, outreaching stakeholders viz., schools, colleges, RWA’s, office clusters, retailers, bulk consumers, and the informal sector, with a total of 2,510 activities conducted pan-India. Another one of her successful initiatives has been the ‘E‑Safai’ in partnership with GIZ India, aiming to setup an innovative value chain for e‑waste management in the country, address the issue of e‑waste and enable successful implementation of responsible material loops.

Radhika and has been associated with multiple key industry bodies and academia forums such as CII, FICCI, MAIT, ASSOCHAM, and AIMA, in the recent past and was a member of MietYt’s Expert Review Committee for Awareness Programs in Environment Hazards of E‑waste.

Among the many feathers in Radhika’s hat are several prestigious industry awards including the Green Globe Award 2023 by presented by Minister Mr. Nitin Gadkari on World Environment Day, ‘Top 10 Best Women Leaders in Logistics & Supply 2023’ by Women Entrepreneur Magazine, the Golden Peacock Award for CSR (2016), Media Ratan Award, Media Press Club (2014 and 2012), and the Corporate Affairs Forum under aegis of World CSR Congress (2013).
