Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) is proud to announce our participation in the upcoming EPR Think Tank, hosted by the American Conference Institute (ACI), taking place on May 28, 2025, at the New York City Bar Association in New York, NY.

This influential event gathers regulators, industry leaders, and compliance experts to tackle the growing complexity of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws across the U.S. As more states adopt EPR frameworks, producers are under pressure to meet evolving legal and sustainability obligations.

We’re Speaking on EPR Compliance and Producer Obligations

RLG will join a key panel discussion titled: “Decoding EPR Compliance and Navigating Producer Obligations, Regulatory Gaps, and Business Impact” on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 10:30 AM.

This session aims to shed light on how producers can manage their obligations effectively, anticipate regulatory changes, and ensure business continuity.

Key Topics Include:

  • Who qualifies as a “producer” under different state laws
  • What materials are covered and which are exempt
  • How to effectively partner with a Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO)
  • Where EPR compliance should sit within your organization
  • Steps to create a scalable compliance plan
